Sorority Chic is Back!

The last few weeks have been a doozy for me. Recruitment finally ended, and I'm so happy to welcome  PC 13 into our amazing chapter! My time has been spent catching up on classes, running errands, and getting to know the new members of our house. Needless to say, I've been pretty busy.

Unfortunately, I have bad news as well. I won't go into too much detail, but my roommate and I were involved in a pretty serious car accident. We went to the ER, and luckily we weren't seriously injured. However, the recovery process has obviously taken some time, and distracted me from the blog.

Now, I'm happy to say my life is much more in order and I'm preparing some great content to put out for you all. I've missed you guys!

Recruitment Week!

Sorority rush week is officially over halfway complete! This year, my campus's Panhellenic Council decided to extend each round to two days each, making recruitment run from Saturday of one week to Sunday of the next with a break on Wednesday for the first day of classes.

I've loved getting to talk to each of the new PNM's and explain to them why not only do I love my sorority, but also why Greek life is so great as a whole!

As soon as Bid Day comes and rush week is complete I promise to write more consistently, especially with the start of the Fall Semester. For now however, here's a look at some of the recruitment activities I've been so lucky to be a part of this year.

To Tan or Not to Tan

With recruitment rapidly approaching, I'm faced with a difficult choice: to tan or not to tan? That is the question. Okay, maybe I'm being a little over dramatic but it's still a hard choice. I don't want to look like the pale girl in a sea of perfectly fake tanned girls. However, I also don't want to spend the money to get a professional spray tan.

I have always been and will always be against using tanning beds. The damage it does to your body is unforgivable. This all the more reason why a spray tan would be ideal, but expensive.

I think I'm going to give an at home treatments a try; let me know if you have any suggestions or have tried these products and which ones you prefer. I want to know what you think!!
